Project Sales Executive – Luxury Sanitary Ware Division

About the role

Identify and secure opportunities across residential, commercial, and hospitality sectors while building strong relationships with consultants, developers, architects, contractors, and MEP stakeholders. Manage the full sales cycle from product selection to delivery and project completion.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and secure sales opportunities in residential, commercial and hospitality sectors.
• Build and maintain relationships with consultants, developers, architects, contractors and MEP stakeholders.
• Handle the complete sales cycle including product selection, pricing, technical submittals, negotiation, order placement, delivery and project completion.
• Build and manage the project pipeline, monitor market and competitor activity, and identify new opportunities.
• Coordinate with principals, suppliers and internal teams on pricing, approvals and specifications.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering or related field (MBA preferred).
• Fluency in Arabic and English.
• Minimum 4 years of project sales experience in sanitary ware, bathroom fittings or building materials, with at least 3 years in a senior or team‑lead capacity.
• Strong network within UAE construction and hospitality sectors and knowledge of tender processes.
• Proven track record of achieving project sales targets.
