Projects Coordinator – Innovation & Learning Hub

About the role

We are seeking a Projects Coordinator to join the innovation and learning team of a leading educational research and innovation hub in Dubai. The role will support the planning, execution and evaluation of pilot projects and prototypes that shape the future of education.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, implement and assess institution‑wide innovation initiatives, ensuring clear scope, realistic timelines and appropriate resources.
• Coordinate project logistics, maintain comprehensive documentation and manage feedback cycles to deliver actionable insights to leadership.
• Prepare summaries and reports for leadership and board meetings.
• Collaborate with teaching, learning and operations teams while ensuring compliance with safeguarding and regulatory requirements.
• Identify process‑improvement opportunities and share best practices to foster an innovation culture.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Education, Business or a related field.
• Relevant experience in project coordination or management, preferably within the education or innovation sector.
• Strong organisational and time‑management abilities.
• Adaptability, systems thinking and capacity to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• Familiarity with project‑management tools such as Asana, Trello, Smartsheet or Microsoft Project.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Collaboration and stakeholder‑engagement capabilities.
