Property Consultant – Abu Dhabi

About the role

Oia Properties is seeking a motivated Property Consultant to join its Abu Dhabi team. You will play a pivotal role in helping clients buy, sell, and invest in residential properties, delivering a high‑standard, customer‑centric experience.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct detailed consultations to understand client needs, preferences and financial goals.
• Evaluate property values and provide recommendations based on current market conditions.
• Prepare and present compelling listings to attract buyers and investors.
• Assist buyers in locating suitable properties, arrange showings and guide them through the purchasing process.
• Represent sellers by marketing properties, arranging viewings and negotiating offers.
• Manage all transaction stages from contract signing to final closing.
• Generate leads through networking, referrals, marketing campaigns and online platforms.
• Maintain ongoing communication with clients and nurture long‑term relationships.

Required profile

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
• Knowledge of Abu Dhabi’s real‑estate market and local regulations.
