Property Consultant – French Speaker (Dubai)

About the role

Imza Premium Properties is seeking a French‑speaking Property Consultant to join its Dubai office. This full‑time, on‑site position involves assisting clients with buying, selling, and renting luxury residential and commercial properties while delivering a high level of customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Source, promote, and manage property listings across primary and secondary markets.
• Conduct property viewings and provide expert market insights to clients.
• Negotiate offers, close deals, and ensure smooth transaction processes.
• Maintain and grow client relationships through proactive communication.
• Stay updated on Dubai real‑estate trends and regulatory changes.

Required profile

• Proven experience in real‑estate sales, preferably in secondary properties.
• 1–6 years of experience in the Dubai market.
• Strong presentation, negotiation and closing abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self‑motivated, results‑driven attitude.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate or a related field is preferred.
• Fluency in French and English; additional languages are a plus.
