Property Consultant

About the role

Top of the Top Properties is looking for a motivated Property Consultant to join its expanding real‑estate team in Abu Dhabi. The role focuses on guiding clients through property purchases, sales and investment opportunities while delivering a high level of service.

Key responsibilities

• Advise clients on property purchases, sales and investment options.
• Conduct property viewings and provide detailed information on available listings.
• Negotiate transactions to achieve optimal outcomes for clients.
• Use CRM systems to manage client interactions and maintain accurate records.
• Coordinate with developers, property owners and internal teams to ensure smooth transaction processes.

Required profile

• 1–2 years of experience in real‑estate sales or a related sales role.
• Strong sales and customer‑service orientation.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM platforms.
• Valid UAE driving licence preferred.
• Fluency in English; Arabic or additional languages are a plus.
