Property Consultant – Secondary (Resale & Leasing)

About the role

A1 Properties is expanding its Secondary Market division and seeks a motivated Property Consultant to handle resale and leasing of properties in Business Bay and premium villa communities such as Damac Lagoons, Arabian Ranches and The Valley.

Key responsibilities

• Source, list, and sell or lease properties in Business Bay and targeted villa communities.
• Manage inbound and outbound leads using the company’s advanced CRM system.
• Guide clients through the full sales and leasing cycle, from consultation to negotiations and deal closure.
• Provide expert advice on community amenities, investment potential, pricing trends, ROI, rental yields and resale value.
• Conduct property valuations, viewings and investment consultations professionally.
• Prepare and execute sales and leasing agreements in compliance with RERA regulations and UAE real‑estate laws.

Required profile

• 1–2 years of proven experience in Dubai’s residential secondary market.
• RERA certification preferred or willingness to obtain it.
• Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills with a consultative sales approach.
• Self‑motivated, organized, target‑driven and able to close deals independently.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
