Business Development Executive

About the role

The Business Development Executive will drive occupancy growth and revenue for Elvira Executive Business Center by identifying and converting prospective office tenants. This role focuses on acquiring new corporate clients, professional service firms, and financial institutions seeking premium office space in Business Bay.

Key responsibilities

• Prospect and generate qualified leads through networking, referrals, and direct outreach.
• Maintain and nurture relationships with brokers, consultants, and referral partners.
• Conduct market research to target law firms, family offices, financial institutions, and other relevant sectors.
• Manage leasing inquiries, qualify prospects, and conduct professional office viewings.
• Prepare commercial proposals, negotiate rental terms, and secure signed agreements.
• Provide regular market intelligence reports and maintain accurate CRM records.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales & Marketing, Real Estate or related field.
• 3‑5 years of experience in commercial leasing, business development, or serviced office sales, preferably in the Dubai market.
• Strong commercial awareness and ability to build long‑term client relationships.

Required skills

• Familiarity with property portals.
