Property Management Administrator

About the role

The Property Management Administrator will join Savills’ Abu Dhabi office as part of the Property Management team. You will act as the main point of contact for landlords, tenants and service providers, overseeing the full lifecycle of managed properties.

Key responsibilities

• Provide administrative support to ensure smooth operation of the Property Management department.
• Liaise with Abu Dhabi Municipality and other authorities to register tenancy contracts in the Tawtheeq system and manage utilities setup.
• Prepare, issue and renew tenancy agreements, addenda and renewal notices, and maintain accurate records in both digital and hard‑copy formats.
• Track and update leases, tenant data, complaints, maintenance tickets and renewals in the Property Management and CAFM systems in real time.
• Maintain expiry, renewal and insurance trackers and report status weekly.
• Coordinate tenant utility registrations, handle complaints, and follow up on lease renewals and rental cheques.
• Assist in the preparation of monthly management reports for assigned properties.

• Motivated and professional individual with strong attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills for interacting with landlords, tenants and government authorities.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet strict compliance deadlines.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Property Management and CAFM software.
• Familiarity with the Tawtheeq tenancy registration platform.
• Experience maintaining structured digital and physical filing systems.
