Property Sales Agent

About the role

City Stay Real Estate is seeking motivated Property Sales Agents to join its Dubai team. In this client‑facing role you will guide buyers, sellers and renters through the entire transaction process while building lasting relationships with property owners and prospects.

Key responsibilities

• Generate and follow up on leads via calls, WhatsApp and other channels.
• Assist clients with buying, selling and renting properties.
• Conduct property viewings and deliver professional presentations.
• Source new listings and keep the property database up to date.
• Negotiate and coordinate with clients, owners and other parties to close deals.
• Record all activities in the CRM and achieve individual and team sales targets.
• Stay informed about Dubai’s market trends, new developments and available inventory.

Required profile

• Confident, professional and target‑oriented personality.
• Good knowledge of Dubai’s property market.
• Self‑motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• UAE driving licence and own car are an advantage.
