Purchase Assistant

About the role

Emirates Extrusion Factory LLC is seeking a Purchase Assistant to support its procurement team in Dubai. The role involves assisting with sourcing, order processing, and coordination with internal departments to ensure timely material availability. This is a full‑time, mid‑level position for candidates with at least two years of relevant experience.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in sourcing raw materials, spare parts, and consumables.
• Prepare purchase orders and follow up with suppliers for timely processing.
• Coordinate material requirements with Production and Store departments.
• Maintain vendor records and prepare price comparison reports.
• Track deliveries and follow up on pending purchase orders.
• Support vendor evaluation and procurement documentation.
• Maintain purchase records and filing systems for audit purposes.
• Assist with import and export documentation processes.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Purchase Assistant.
• Basic knowledge of import and export documentation.
• Good communication and coordination abilities.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Immediate availability preferred.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Experience with ERP systems.
