Purchaser – Construction Procurement

About the role

AMANAGroup is seeking an experienced Purchaser to manage the procurement of materials and supplies for its construction projects. The role involves ensuring timely delivery, maintaining accurate records, and supporting inventory management across multiple sites.

Key responsibilities

• Process purchase orders and guarantee on‑time delivery of materials and supplies.
• Maintain accurate purchase records, including supplier details, order specifics, and inventory levels.
• Communicate with suppliers to confirm order status and resolve delivery or quality issues.
• Support inventory management by monitoring stock levels and coordinating with project teams.
• Assist in evaluating and selecting suppliers based on price, quality, and delivery performance.
• Ensure all procurement activities comply with company policies, legal regulations, and project requirements.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of experience in civil procurement within the construction industry.
• Experience in the UAE construction market.
• Proven ability to handle site material procurement and supplier coordination.
• Capability to manage multiple site requirements and follow‑up independently.
