Purchasing & Inventory Junior Manager – GCC

About the role

PUMA Group is seeking a Junior Manager to lead purchasing and inventory activities for its GCC operations from Dubai. The role bridges order management, demand coordination, and supply tracking, working closely with Merchandising, Logistics, and Global Supply Chain teams.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the full order processing cycle, create and place purchase orders based on approved demand and buying plans.
• Conduct monthly checks of open purchase orders against OTB and collaborate with internal teams and vendors to ensure timely execution.
• Translate market requirements into purchasing needs, support seasonal buying and forecast processes, and monitor inventory development.
• Track purchase orders with factories, provide visibility on open orders, delays, and supply risks, and coordinate with Global Supply Chain on delivery issues.
• Maintain product master data and price uploads in SAP, analyse key performance metrics, and prepare regular purchasing and supply reports.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience, preferably in retail or wholesale.
• Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail and a focus on continuous improvement.
• Business‑level written and verbal communication skills.
