Purchasing Manager

About the role

Technopower Group is seeking an experienced Purchasing Manager to lead sourcing and purchasing operations, manage supplier relationships and negotiate commercial terms that support production and logistics needs.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end procurement operations, including sourcing, purchasing and supplier relationship management.
• Negotiate pricing, payment terms and delivery schedules with suppliers to secure optimal commercial outcomes.
• Coordinate with logistics, production and warehouse teams to ensure timely material availability.
• Liaise with shipping and freight companies to manage import/export logistics.
• Monitor supplier performance, conduct regular visits and maintain long‑term vendor relationships.
• Ensure procurement processes align with budgets, quality standards and delivery timelines, and prepare related reports.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management or a related field.
• 5‑6 years of experience in procurement, purchasing or supply chain management.
• Proven experience working with shipping and freight companies.
• Fluent in English; Arabic is an advantage.
• Valid driver’s licence and willingness to travel for supplier visits.

Required skills

• Professional proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Strong command of Microsoft Office applications.
