QA/QC Engineer – Civil, Electrical & MEP

About the role

We are looking for experienced QA/QC Engineers with a background in civil, electrical or MEP disciplines to join our team and support quality assurance and control on major construction projects throughout the UAE.

Key responsibilities

• Carry out inspections and testing activities on site.
• Review material approvals and inspection requests.
• Monitor and update Inspection & Test Plans (ITPs).
• Manage non‑conformance reports (NCRs) and drive corrective actions.
• Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors and internal teams to ensure compliance with project quality standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years of construction experience, including direct site work.
• Proven experience with QA/QC inspections and documentation.
• Strong knowledge of ITPs and quality control procedures.
• Excellent analytical and communication abilities.
