Logistics Foreman – Construction Site

About the role

The Logistics Foreman will lead daily construction logistics on major projects in the United Arab Emirates. You will coordinate labour, subcontractors and equipment while ensuring safe and efficient material handling throughout the site.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise all on‑site logistics activities, including material handling and lifting operations.
• Coordinate labour forces, subcontractors and plant equipment to meet project schedules.
• Manage material receipt, storage, distribution and lifting procedures.
• Conduct toolbox talks and safety briefings in line with site safety policies.
• Maintain accurate logistics records, daily reports and compliance documentation.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of experience in construction logistics or site operations.
• Proven experience supervising construction site personnel.
• Knowledge of material handling and lifting operations.
• Familiarity with construction safety procedures and ability to interpret construction drawings.
• Basic computer and reporting skills.
