About the role
We are looking for experienced QA/QC Engineers specialized in Civil, Electrical or MEP disciplines to support quality assurance and control activities on major construction projects across the UAE.
Key responsibilities
- Perform inspections and testing activities on site.
- Review material approvals and inspection requests.
- Monitor and update Inspection & Test Plans (ITPs).
- Manage Non‑Conformance Reports (NCRs) and coordinate corrective actions.
- Coordinate with consultants and subcontractors to ensure compliance with project quality standards.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent.
- Minimum 5 years of construction experience, including direct site work.
- Proven experience with QA/QC inspections and documentation.
- Knowledge of ITPs and quality control procedures.
