QA/QC Engineer – Electrical & Instrumentation

About the role

The Arabian Construction Company is seeking an experienced QA/QC Engineer specialized in Electrical & Instrumentation (E&I) to ensure that all construction and installation activities meet ADNOC requirements, project specifications, and international standards.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, review and implement Inspection & Test Plans (ITPs), records (ITRs) and related quality documentation.
• Monitor site activities, verify compliance with approved procedures, and manage Non‑Conformance Reports (NCRs) through corrective actions.
• Conduct material receiving inspections and verify compliance with approved submittals and standards.
• Inspect electrical installations, including cable trays, LV/MV panels, lighting, earthing, lightning protection and cathodic protection systems.
• Inspect instrumentation installation, tubing, cabling, calibration certificates and support loop‑checking and commissioning activities.
• Review and verify engineering documents such as P&IDs, electrical drawings, cable schedules and ensure accurate As‑Built records.

Required profile

• Minimum 12 years of relevant QA/QC experience in the oil & gas or construction sector.
• Proven ability to work with ADNOC specifications, IEC, NFPA, ISO 9001 and API standards.
