QA/QC Engineer

About the role

We are looking for a detail‑oriented QA/QC Engineer to join our bridge construction and marine engineering team in Dubai. You will ensure that all projects meet the highest quality standards and comply with industry regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, implement and maintain comprehensive QA/QC plans aligned with organizational and regulatory standards.
• Conduct regular quality audits, system reviews and operational checks.
• Perform testing and validation activities such as Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT), Site Acceptance Tests (SAT) and System Integration Tests (SIT).
• Analyze performance metrics, identify trends and recommend corrective actions.
• Prepare detailed QA/QC reports, non‑conformance reports, corrective and preventive action plans, and test logs.
• Establish risk assessment protocols and quality checkpoints in collaboration with engineering and operations teams.
• Interpret technical drawings, specifications and system documentation throughout project lifecycles.
• Coordinate with contractors, internal teams and external stakeholders during quality escalations.
• Provide training on quality awareness and ensure HSE compliance during all audit activities.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electrical, Telecommunications, Computer or related field).
• Strong analytical mindset with a focus on detail and accuracy.
• Proven experience in QA/QC within construction, infrastructure or related industries.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross‑functional teams and external contractors.
• Excellent documentation and reporting skills.
