QS Planner & Designer

About the role

We are seeking a detail‑oriented QS Planner and Designer to join our Dubai team. You will play a pivotal role in cost estimation, production planning and coordination for custom joinery, interior fit‑out and furniture projects across the UAE.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare accurate cost estimates, Bills of Quantities (BOQs), quotations and project budgets.
• Handle smart booking, data entry, invoicing, quotation management and expense tracking.
• Conduct site visits, take precise measurements and translate requirements into production specifications.
• Generate detailed cutting lists for manufacturing and ensure material optimisation.
• Coordinate with design, production and site teams to ensure smooth project execution.
• Review technical drawings, verify material quantities and assist in procurement and cost control.

Required profile

• Proven experience in joinery, interior fit‑out, cabinetry, kitchens or wardrobes.
• Strong knowledge of cost estimation, BOQ preparation and budgeting.
• Experience with site measurements, production coordination and material optimisation.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects and maintain high organisational standards.
