Quality Assurance & Control Engineer (Construction)

About the role

We are looking for a full‑time, on‑site Quality Assurance / Quality Control Engineer to join our Dubai team. You will be responsible for implementing project quality plans and ensuring that all civil, structural and MEP works meet company standards, client specifications and relevant codes.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, implement and maintain quality assurance plans and procedures.
• Conduct regular site inspections and oversee material testing such as concrete strength, soil compaction and welding inspections.
• Prepare and maintain quality documentation, including inspection reports, test plans and non‑conformance reports (NCRs).
• Issue NCRs, track corrective and preventive actions, and support internal and external audits.
• Coordinate with project managers, site engineers, subcontractors and consultants to resolve quality issues.
• Provide quality training and awareness sessions for site staff.

Required profile

• Proven experience in QA/QC for civil, structural and MEP construction projects.
• Ability to develop and implement quality assurance plans in line with contractual and code requirements.
• Strong documentation skills and familiarity with inspection and testing procedures.
• Effective communication and coordination with multidisciplinary project teams.
