Quality Assurance Executive – Luxury Hotel

About the role

The Quality Assurance Executive is an operational position focused on safeguarding, elevating and consistently delivering a 5‑star luxury experience across every guest touchpoint at JW Marriott Marquis Hotel Dubai. Reporting directly to the Director of Quality, the role acts as the hotel’s internal expert on global luxury benchmarking standards.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct rigorous internal luxury quality assessments in line with the Leading Quality Assurance (LQA) framework and Forbes Travel Guide rating criteria.
• Report findings and recommendations directly to the Director of Quality.
• Serve as the hotel’s internal specialist on global luxury benchmarking standards.

Required profile

• Operational experience within a 5‑star hotel or luxury hospitality environment.
• Familiarity with LQA standards and Forbes Travel Guide rating criteria.
• Strong commitment to delivering an exceptional guest experience.
