Quality Assurance Manager

About the role

We are seeking a Quality Assurance Manager to lead the quality management system for a multi‑site manufacturing operation in the UAE. The role will be based in Abu Dhabi and will involve establishing a new laboratory, driving continuous improvement, and ensuring compliance with international standards.

Key responsibilities

• Own and maintain the Quality Management System across all sites.
• Set up and manage the site laboratory for a newly established facility.
• Lead customer‑complaint investigations and conduct root‑cause analysis (RCA) and corrective‑preventive actions (CAPA).
• Ensure compliance with ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001, and coordinate internal and external audits.
• Facilitate permit renewals and support regulatory authority inspections.
• Support health & safety programs and environmental reporting, including carbon and emissions data.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant technical field.
• 5–15 years of experience in a Quality, QC or QHSE managerial role within manufacturing.
• Hands‑on experience managing a laboratory.
• Strong track record of handling customer complaints, RCA and CAPA.
• Experience working in the UAE is strongly preferred.
