Quantity Surveyor – Commercial Fit-Out

About the role

We are looking for a hands‑on Quantity Surveyor who will own the commercial side of commercial fit‑out projects from the initial quotation through to final progress billing. The role works closely with project and engineering teams to ensure every job remains commercially sound and profitable.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare accurate and competitive quotations for new inquiries.
• Develop detailed quantity take‑offs, cost estimates and project costing.
• Manage variation orders and coordinate vendor appointments.
• Submit progress billings and review tender documents.
• Obtain, evaluate and compare competitive vendor quotations.
• Analyse commercial data and provide comparative statements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, Architecture or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of UAE/Dubai experience in a similar QS role.
• Strong experience in commercial interior fit‑out projects.
• Excellent coordination and communication skills across project and engineering teams.
• Valid UAE driving licence.
