About the role

Skyline Contracting Co. L.L.C. is seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to support building and construction projects across the UAE. The position requires strong technical knowledge and effective coordination with consultants, subcontractors, and site teams.

Required profile

• Relevant experience in building projects, demonstrating familiarity with construction processes.
• UAE construction experience preferred, indicating knowledge of local regulations and practices.
• Strong technical knowledge related to quantity surveying, including measurement and cost estimation.
• Ability to coordinate with consultants, subcontractors and site teams to ensure smooth project execution.
• Good communication, coordination and reporting skills for accurate documentation.
• Immediate joiners preferred to meet project timelines.
