Quantity Surveyor – Façade Projects (Dubai)

About the role

We are looking for a Quantity Surveyor to join Mathews Metal Manufacturing LLC in Dubai, focusing on façade projects. The role involves preparing bills of quantities, cost estimates and tender documents, and ensuring accurate measurement and commercial control throughout the project lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and review BOQs, cost estimates and tender documents for façade projects.
• Carry out quantity take‑offs and ensure accurate measurement of façade works.
• Handle interim valuations, variations, claims and final accounts.
• Monitor project costs, budgets and commercial performance.
• Review subcontractor and supplier quotations and support commercial negotiations.
• Coordinate with Project Managers, Engineers, Procurement and Site Teams to ensure accurate project costing.
• Maintain proper documentation and records related to project quantities and commercial matters.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor in the façade industry.
• Strong understanding of façade systems, materials and installation activities.
• Good knowledge of quantity take‑offs, cost estimation, variations and project commercial management.
• Strong analytical, negotiation and communication skills.
• Ability to join immediately or with a short notice period.
