Quantity Surveyor – Interior Fit‑Out Projects

About the role

Kensova Interiors is seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join its Dubai team, focusing on interior fit‑out projects. The role involves cost estimation, BOQ preparation, tendering and commercial management to ensure projects are delivered within budget.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare cost estimates and quantity take‑offs for interior fit‑out projects.
• Develop and review Bills of Quantities (BOQs), tender documents and project cost reports.
• Manage variations, valuations and commercial requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
• Coordinate with project teams, suppliers and subcontractors to align on cost and schedule.
• Monitor project costs and enforce effective budget control.
• Support commercial management activities during project execution.

Required profile

• Proven experience in interior fit‑out projects.
• Strong knowledge of cost estimation and quantity surveying processes.
• Hands‑on experience with BOQs, tendering and variation management.
• Understanding of commercial management procedures.
• Analytical and communication skills with immediate availability preferred.
