Radar Integration & Field Engineer

About the role

The Radar Integration & Field Engineer will lead the commissioning, testing, and on‑site integration of advanced radar systems for defense customers. Working across factory, customer, and operational sites, you will ensure radar solutions meet performance and compliance standards.

Key responsibilities

• Execute radar system commissioning, including FAT, SAT, and environmental/EMI‑EMC testing.
• Perform on‑site integration, troubleshooting hardware, software, RF, power, and network issues.
• Validate system performance under operational conditions and analyse radar logs using automation tools.
• Prepare technical documentation, test plans, procedures and detailed customer reports.
• Provide training and support to customers, with travel to military bases and international locations as required.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 + years of experience in radar integration or field engineering.
• Proven experience with FAT/SAT, environmental and EMI/EMC testing.
• Hands‑on troubleshooting of complex hardware/software and RF systems.
• Experience working directly with defense customers and familiarity with MIL‑STD qualification processes.
• Ability to produce clear technical documentation with minimal supervision.
