About the role

AX CAPITAL is offering a Real Estate Agent Training Program in Dubai’s secondary market, giving participants hands‑on experience in prospecting, generating listings, conducting viewings, negotiating and closing deals.

Key responsibilities

Prospect and cold‑call property owners and buyers to generate listings.
Conduct property viewings and negotiate offers.
Manage transactions from start to finish under mentorship.

Required profile

Ambitious, disciplined and confident individuals.
Eager to learn and work hard in Dubai’s real‑estate market.
