About the role

Prestij, a luxury real‑estate brand operating in Dubai and Istanbul, is expanding its Dubai team. The company provides a steady flow of pre‑qualified, language‑matched leads and seeks experienced brokers who can close deals in Arabic, French and English.

Key responsibilities

• Manage warm, qualified leads generated by the company’s marketing engine.
• Convert leads into sales and close transactions for off‑plan and ready‑to‑move‑in properties across Dubai’s top developments.
• Maintain strong relationships with developers and provide clients with accurate market information.
• Collaborate with in‑house marketing and content teams to enhance client experience.

Required profile

• Proven track record of closed real‑estate deals in Dubai.
• Fluent in Arabic, French and English.
• Deep knowledge of Dubai off‑plan projects, developers and the buying process.
• Based in Dubai and able to work on‑site.
• Self‑driven, commission‑only mindset with a hunger for high performance.

Required skills

• Fluency in Arabic, French and English.
• Strong negotiation and closing abilities.
• Understanding of luxury property markets.
