About the role

We are looking for a motivated Real Estate Broker to join our Dubai office and drive property sales in one of the world’s most dynamic markets.

Key responsibilities

• Build and manage a personal portfolio of residential and commercial properties.
• Conduct property valuations and organise viewings for prospective buyers.
• Negotiate deals from initial enquiry through to completion.
• Advise clients on pricing, market trends and investment opportunities.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth transaction processes.
• Generate new business through networking, leads and proactive outreach.
• Maintain strong, long‑term relationships with clients.

Required profile

• Strong work ethic and ambition.
• Sales experience preferred.
• Confident communicator with a professional appearance.
• Resilient, target‑driven and proactive.
• Valid driving licence.
