Real Estate Manager

About the role

The Real Estate Manager role is a full‑time, on‑site position based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The manager will oversee day‑to‑day property management activities, maintain property standards, coordinate repairs and maintenance, and ensure tenant satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee day‑to‑day property management activities, maintaining property standards and coordinating repairs and maintenance.
• Manage lease administration, including preparing and reviewing lease agreements, monitoring renewals and ensuring compliance with Dubai regulations.
• Analyze market trends and support commercial and residential real‑estate transactions.
• Provide advisory support to clients and internal stakeholders on investment and leasing decisions.
• Maintain accurate property records, generate portfolio performance reports and collaborate with sales, finance and legal teams to optimise occupancy and value.

Required profile

• Strong background in property management, tenant relations and operational oversight.
• Experience in lease administration and documentation.
• Solid understanding of Dubai real‑estate market, regulations and RERA guidelines.
• Ability to analyse property performance and conduct market research.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business, Finance or related field (preferred).
