Real Estate Sales Agent – Italian & French Speakers

About the role

We are seeking motivated Real Estate Sales Agents who can communicate fluently in Italian or French to join our fast‑growing brokerage in Dubai. The role focuses on generating and nurturing client relationships, presenting premium residential and investment properties, and guiding customers through the entire sales process.

Key responsibilities

• Generate and manage new client leads.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with buyers and investors.
• Conduct property viewings and present suitable real estate opportunities.
• Advise clients on off‑plan and secondary‑market properties.
• Negotiate offers and guide clients throughout the sales process.
• Stay up to date with Dubai real‑estate market trends.
• Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets.

Required profile

• Previous experience in real estate or sales is an advantage.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Self‑motivated, target‑driven, and professional attitude.
• Fluency in English; additional European language (Italian, French, German, Spanish) highly preferred.
• Valid UAE driving licence is a plus but not mandatory.
