About the role
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Real Estate Sales Agent to join our growing team on Sheikh Zayed Road, Dubai. The role involves generating leads, assisting clients with buying, selling, and renting properties, and maintaining strong client relationships.
Key responsibilities
- Generate and manage property sales leads.
- Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties.
- Conduct property viewings and client meetings.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Stay updated with Dubai real estate market trends.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs.
Required profile
- Previous real estate agent experience in Dubai (mandatory).
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Knowledge of the Dubai property market.
- Self‑motivated, target‑driven, and professional.
- Valid UAE driving license is a plus.
