About the role
We are seeking experienced Sales Leaders to join our growing real‑estate team in Dubai Marina. The positions of Sales Director and Sales Manager will be responsible for driving daily sales transactions and building high‑performing teams in the dynamic Dubai property market.
Key responsibilities
- Lead from the front and set daily, weekly and monthly sales targets.
- Build, motivate and coach a team of 25‑35 real‑estate agents.
- Manage pipeline, lead tracking and performance monitoring using Salesforce CRM.
- Oversee project launches, inventory management and sales strategy execution.
- Maintain strong agency and broker relationships across the UAE.
Required profile
- Extensive UAE real‑estate experience with deep knowledge of the Dubai market.
- Proven leadership managing a sizable sales team.
- Track record of achieving sales targets and closing transactions.
- Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship‑management skills.
- Highly commercial, target‑driven and comfortable in a fast‑paced environment.
