Real Estate Sales Manager – Dubai

About the role

The Real Estate Sales Manager will lead the sales activities for property listings in Dubai, driving client acquisition, deal negotiation and achieving sales targets. This full‑time, on‑site position reports to senior management and works closely with internal departments to ensure smooth transaction processes.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee and mentor a sales team to meet and exceed real‑estate sales targets.
• Manage the end‑to‑end sales cycle, including client meetings, property viewings, market insights and contract administration.
• Monitor local market trends in Dubai and the wider UAE to develop effective sales strategies.
• Coordinate with marketing, legal and operations teams to support transactions and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, offers, and contracts in the CRM system.
• Participate in networking events and marketing initiatives to generate new business opportunities.

Required profile

• Valid Real Estate License with solid knowledge of UAE property regulations.
• Proven track record of achieving or surpassing real‑estate sales targets.
• Experience leading and coaching a sales team.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, real estate or a related field (preferred).
• Strong customer‑service orientation and ability to build long‑term client relationships.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM tools.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
