Real Estate Videographer

About the role

We are looking for a reliable Videographer to produce weekly video content for our real‑estate projects in Dubai. You will manage the full production cycle from shooting on‑site to final edit, following structured briefs from our marketing and social media teams.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and execute shoots according to the monthly content plan, operating camera, lighting and sound as a one‑person crew.
• Direct on‑camera talent, ensure scripts are followed and maintain visual and audio quality.
• Film various formats including talking‑head pieces, reportage, vertical short‑form and longer videos.
• Edit all footage – cuts, pacing, subtitles, music, basic colour and sound correction – and export in required aspect ratios.
• Deliver up to 30 finished videos per month, keeping footage organized with proper naming, backups and hand‑over.
• Maintain and charge equipment, coordinate permits and access, and flag any risks to deadlines.
• Contribute ideas to improve briefs and suggest new formats.

Required profile

• Hands‑on experience shooting real‑estate properties, developments or brokerage content.
• Own professional video equipment (camera, lighting, stabiliser, audio).
• Confidence directing non‑professional presenters and keeping them on script.
• Understanding of Dubai filming regulations and permit processes.
