Receivables Management Manager

About the role

The Receivables Management Manager will lead the collections function for a real‑estate portfolio in Dubai, ensuring overdue accounts are minimized and financial targets are met. This role requires close collaboration with finance stakeholders and direct engagement with premium clients to resolve payment issues.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the receivable portfolio, driving collections to meet or exceed financial targets.
• Monitor KPIs, identify gaps, and implement workflow improvements.
• Lead periodic reviews of collections processes and champion efficiency initiatives.
• Serve as primary liaison for finance stakeholders, escalating issues when needed.
• Oversee execution of payment plans and ensure alignment with organizational objectives.
• Provide guidance on dunning procedures, bad‑debt provisioning, and aging accounts.
• Identify cost‑reduction opportunities and recommend actionable improvements.
• Resolve collections‑related disputes and escalations with clients, especially Elite, VIP, and HNI segments.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls, anti‑fraud policies, and regulatory requirements.
• Prepare detailed reports on receivable trends, overdue balances, and portfolio performance.
• Lead, motivate, and develop a team of receivable professionals.

Required profile

• Proven experience in receivables or collections management, preferably within real‑estate.
• Strong analytical skills with ability to monitor and interpret KPIs.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities, especially with high‑net‑worth clients.
• Demonstrated leadership experience, capable of motivating a team.
• Knowledge of internal controls, anti‑fraud policies, and relevant regulatory frameworks.
