Reception & Reservations Agent

About the role

The Reception & Reservations Agent will be the first point of contact for guests at COYA Dubai, handling front‑desk duties and managing reservations through the SevenRooms system. The role combines guest service, administrative tasks and coordination with the restaurant team to ensure seamless experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests, manage check‑in/check‑out procedures.
• Handle phone and online reservations, respond to enquiries promptly.
• Use SevenRooms to record bookings, allocate tables, and update guest preferences.
• Communicate guest requests to kitchen and service staff.
• Maintain accurate guest records and ensure data privacy.
• Resolve guest issues with professionalism and calm.
• Support the team during peak periods and special events.
• Assist with administrative duties such as reporting and inventory of front‑desk supplies.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year experience in reception or reservations, preferably luxury hospitality or fine dining.
• Excellent English communication skills, both spoken and written.
• Ability to stay organized and multitask in a fast‑paced environment.
• Positive, proactive attitude and strong team orientation.
• Willingness to travel within the EU when required.
• Fluency in French, Italian or Spanish is an advantage.

Required skills

• Proficiency with SevenRooms or a comparable reservations platform.
• Strong attention to detail and data entry accuracy.
