About the role

Join the vibrant Front Office team at Radisson Blu Hotel Apartment Dubai Marina as a Receptionist who speaks Arabic and English. You will be the first point of contact for guests, ensuring a seamless and memorable experience from check‑in to check‑out.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests in a friendly, professional manner.
• Handle check‑in and check‑out procedures efficiently.
• Manage reservations, cancellations, and modifications using the hotel’s front‑desk system.
• Address guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with empathy and prompt solutions.
• Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to fulfill guest needs.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure the front desk area is tidy and organized.

Required profile

• Fluent in Arabic and English, both spoken and written.
• Positive, “Yes I Can!” attitude with strong attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Team‑oriented mindset with the ability to work under pressure.
