Receptionist at Dubai Dragon Mart

About the role

Join Premier Inn at Dubai Dragon Mart as a Receptionist, where you will be the first point of contact for guests and visitors. You will ensure smooth check‑in and check‑out experiences while delivering the brand’s warm hospitality in a fast‑paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests, visitors and suppliers, answering phone calls in line with brand standards.
• Provide accurate information on promotions, room rates, local activities and events.
• Handle payments and cash according to established procedures.
• Process reservations, cancellations and manage guest inquiries efficiently.
• Maintain reception area supplies, correspondence, emails and filing.
• Communicate guest requests and complaints to relevant departments for prompt resolution.
• Ensure guest safety by following safety guidelines.
• Identify corporate leads and foster long‑term relationships.

Required profile

• Customer‑oriented mindset with excellent communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
• Flexible, agile and capable of working both independently and as part of a team.
• Proactive, organized and committed to delivering exceptional service.
• Minimum one year of experience as a hotel receptionist in a front‑office setting.
• Knowledge of Opera PMS and proficiency in Arabic (speaking, reading, writing).
