Receptionist – Dubai Al Jaddaf

About the role

We are looking for an enthusiastic Receptionist to join our Premier Inn hotel in Al Jaddaf, Dubai. You will be the first point of contact for guests, ensuring a warm welcome and smooth check‑in and check‑out experience.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests, visitors and suppliers, answering telephone calls in line with brand standards.
• Handle reservations, cancellations and payments following cash‑handling procedures.
• Provide information on room rates, promotions, local attractions and events.
• Maintain accurate data entry and generate reports.
• Communicate guest requests and complaints to relevant departments for timely resolution.
• Perform general office duties such as correspondence, email handling and filing.
• Monitor and replenish reception supplies and stationery.
• Ensure guest safety according to hotel safety guidelines.

Required profile

• Customer‑oriented mindset with excellent communication abilities.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
• Proactive, organized and capable of both independent and team work.
• Minimum one‑year experience as a hotel receptionist in a front‑office setting.
• Fluent in Arabic (speaking, reading and writing).

Required skills

• Proficiency with Opera Property Management System (PMS).
