Receptionist & Parent Relations Executive

About the role

Rugby School Dubai is looking for a warm, professional and highly organised bilingual Receptionist & Parent Relations Executive. You will be the first point of contact for parents, visitors, students and staff, ensuring every interaction reflects the school’s premium standards and values.

Key responsibilities

• Provide a welcoming and efficient front‑of‑house service for all visitors and callers in Arabic and English.
• Manage visitor registration, access procedures and safeguarding checks.
• Handle telephone, email and in‑person enquiries, directing them to the appropriate department.
• Maintain accurate records of visitors, contractors and appointments.
• Support the Parent Relations Manager by responding to routine parent enquiries, logging feedback and escalating complex matters.
• Assist in preparing and distributing bilingual communications and parent‑engagement initiatives.
• Ensure confidentiality and professionalism when handling sensitive information.

Required profile

• Bilingual fluency in spoken and written Arabic and English.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong organisational ability and attention to detail.
• Professional demeanor with a customer‑focused attitude.
• Ability to work collaboratively with academic and operational teams.
