Recreation Coordinator – Resort Operations

About the role

The Recreation Coordinator provides administrative and operational support to the Recreation Department of One&Only Royal Mirage, ensuring smooth daily activities, staffing and guest experiences. This full‑time position is based onsite in Dubai and works closely with team leaders, HR and other resort departments.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate daily administrative tasks, staff schedules, vacation plans and attendance records.
• Organise briefings and communicate resort and departmental information to the team.
• Maintain accurate employee, training, inventory and operational records, including updates in PMS and FSI.
• Support recruitment activities such as interview coordination, onboarding and documentation.
• Monitor departmental supplies, equipment and inventory levels, and assist with expense tracking and cost control.
• Ensure health‑and‑safety procedures and resort standards are followed.

Required profile

• Previous administrative or coordination experience in a resort, hotel, recreation or leisure environment.
• Experience supporting a large team, handling staff scheduling, training coordination and HR‑related administration.
• Strong attention to detail, ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.

Required skills

• Proficiency with property management systems (PMS) and FSI.
• Advanced knowledge of MS Office and other administrative systems.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and problem‑solving abilities.
