Recruitment Executive

About the role

Platinum Inc Consultancy is seeking a motivated Recruitment Executive to join its growing team in Dubai. This junior‑level position is ideal for candidates with a few months to a couple of years of recruitment experience who want to deepen their sourcing and candidate management skills.

Key responsibilities

• Source and identify suitable candidates through LinkedIn, job portals and other recruitment channels.
• Screen candidates and conduct initial interviews to assess fit.
• Coordinate with candidates throughout the recruitment process and keep them informed.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and update recruitment databases.
• Perform Boolean searches to uncover qualified talent.
• Support the recruitment team in meeting hiring targets.

Required profile

• 6 months to 2 years of recruitment experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Strong communication skills in English.
• Confident, positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Immediate joiners on Dependent or Family Visa preferred.
