Recruitment Intern

About the role

Join the Conrad Dubai team as a Recruitment Intern and support the full hiring journey for a leading hospitality brand. You will work closely with the Human Resources department to ensure candidates receive a welcoming and professional experience from the first contact through onboarding.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain vacancy and manning records, track upcoming hiring needs and prepare data for discussions with department heads.
• Post vacancies on TMX, review applications and identify suitable candidates for current and future roles.
• Screen CVs, conduct initial candidate calls, schedule interviews and coordinate assessments.
• Provide timely updates to candidates, answer routine queries and ensure a positive candidate experience.
• Coordinate reference checks, collect required documentation and assist in preparing new joiners for their first day.
• Update the applicant tracking system, vacancy trackers and recruitment reports, including time‑to‑fill and sourcing effectiveness.
• Liaise with hiring managers and external partners such as recruitment agencies and job boards.
• Support employer branding by sharing approved content that highlights the hotel’s culture and career opportunities.
• Assist with wider HR initiatives including career fairs, employee engagement activities and training events.

• Professional, welcoming approach to candidate interactions and ability to handle confidential information discreetly.
• Clear communication skills with both candidates and hiring managers.
• Willingness to learn Hilton’s recruitment processes and systems.
