Recruitment Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a highly motivated Recruitment Specialist to join our Human Resources team in Dubai. You will own the end‑to‑end recruitment process, ensuring timely attraction, selection, and onboarding of qualified candidates while delivering a positive candidate experience.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment cycle from requisition to onboarding.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and hiring priorities.
• Source, screen, and assess candidates for technical, operational, and corporate positions.
• Coordinate interviews and provide recruitment recommendations.
• Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies.
• Maintain recruitment records, databases, and hiring reports.
• Manage relationships with recruitment agencies and external talent partners.
• Support onboarding activities for new employees.
• Contribute to employer branding and talent attraction initiatives.
• Assist in organizing internal and external training sessions and maintain training records.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
• Proven experience recruiting for technical, engineering, and operational roles, preferably in the industrial or oil & gas sector.
• Strong communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
