Regional Financial Controller – Northern Africa

About the role

We are looking for a Regional Financial Controller for Northern Africa to join Radisson Hotel Group’s finance team. The role combines financial oversight, strategic support and mentorship across multiple hotels in the region.

Key responsibilities

• Support the Area Leadership Team in strategic and profitable development of the region.
• Provide operational and financial expertise to area representatives and hotels to aid decision‑making.
• Coordinate regional reporting activities, analyse profitability, capital expenditure and performance against budgets.
• Deliver independent assurance and consulting to identify management‑control improvements aligned with corporate objectives.
• Mentor hotel Financial Controllers and support hotels in day‑to‑day financial matters.
• Contribute to business development and asset‑management initiatives by supplying financial input.

Required profile

• Professional accounting qualification or equivalent experience.
• Previous experience as a Hotel Financial Controller or similar, managing multiple business units.
• Demonstrated ability to communicate at owner‑level.
• Fluent in French and English.
