Regional In-store Logistics Manager

About the role

The Regional In‑store Logistics Manager will oversee the goods‑flow operations for existing and new IKEA stores in the region. The role focuses on improving logistical excellence, ensuring efficient replenishment of sales spaces, and linking retail demand with global supply strategies.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and support in‑store goods flow for all IKEA stores, ensuring effective and efficient replenishment.
• Coordinate with global supply and logistics strategies to deliver an end‑to‑end logistics process.
• Monitor and achieve operational metrics for commercial build‑up of new stores according to project timelines.
• Review store performance using Navision data and analyse monthly KPI deviations.
• Follow up on new‑store KPIs for 3‑6 months post‑opening to secure compliance with ISL parameters.
• Conduct ISL‑7 Steps trainings and competency workshops for Goods Flow and Commercial teams.
• Lead a matrix of Goods Flow Managers, providing tools and methods for functional competency and succession planning.
• Support planning, development and improvement of logistics supply operations within stores.
• Analyse stock development with SSS partners to maintain healthy stock levels for strategic articles.
• Ensure a safe working environment for Goods Flow teams, especially during night shifts.
