Regional Logistics Manager

About the role

We are seeking a Regional Logistics Manager to lead our import and export operations across multiple countries. The role offers a clear succession path and a compensation package above market rates, supporting long‑term regional growth.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee logistics activities for import and export, coordinating five warehouses located in four countries.
• Ensure compliance with free‑zone regulations, customs clearance procedures, and required permits and documentation.
• Collaborate with shipping companies and freight forwarders to optimise transit times and costs.
• Manage and develop a team of 12 logistics professionals, fostering performance and continuous improvement.
• Monitor inventory levels, transportation schedules, and distribution processes to meet service targets.

Required profile

• Proven experience in logistics within food trading companies handling both import and export.
• Strong knowledge of customs regulations, free‑zone rules, and documentation requirements.
• Demonstrated ability to work with shipping lines, freight forwarders, and manage cross‑border shipments.
• Leadership experience managing a logistics team of at least ten members.
