Regional Market Manager – Systems & Filtration (Europe & Middle East)

About the role

DuPont Water Solutions is seeking a Regional Market Manager for Systems & Filtration to lead marketing activities across Europe, the Middle East and Africa. Reporting to the Global Marketing Leader, you will translate global segment strategy into region‑specific priorities and drive growth for water purification technologies.

Key responsibilities

• Interpret global Systems & Filtration strategy and define regional “where to play / how to win” approaches.
• Develop short‑term regional strategy packs for priority segments and maintain focus on critical market drivers.
• Own execution plans for growth initiatives, demand‑generation campaigns, customer targeting and product launches.
• Manage channel effectiveness, trade‑show presence and share‑gain programs.
• Collect and feed voice‑of‑customer and competitive intelligence back to global teams.
• Collaborate closely with Sales, Technology, MarCom and Global Segment Marketing.
• Monitor regional market trends, regulations, installed base and value‑chain decision makers.

Required profile

• Strong external focus with deep insight into regional market dynamics.
• Proven go‑to‑market discipline and ability to convert strategy into measurable growth.
• Experience working with commercial teams to drive execution.
• Understanding of water solutions, filtration technologies and related regulations.
• Excellent collaboration and stakeholder‑management skills.
